THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.1532 OF 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 20.01.2018, submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Kothapeta, Hyderabad are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "It is submitted that on 21.11.2017 one Ananthula Manisha who is the daughter of the petitioner lodged complaint with the respondent police stating that her father went outside for his work and did not return to home, and found missing, his mobile number was switched off, hence she requested to take necessary action.
Basing on the said complaint a case in Cr.No.690/2017 registered for the offences U/Sec. Man missing on same day and investigating into. During the course of investigation one witness is examined and recorded his statement. The respondent police traced out the missing man, and the investigation is completed. Further the respondent police addressed a letter to the Asst. Commissioner of Police LB Nagar division with a request to accord permission to refer the case as "ACTION DROP", after getting permission from the ACP L.B Nagar. It is further submitted that the missing man and his son endorsed a letter to the SHO Chaitanyapuri with a request to stop the investigation as the case is solved.
It is further submitted that again on 09.01.2018 one Sai Sreyas Reddy along with his sister Ananthula Manisha who are the children of the petitioners submitted their petition to the Commissioner of Police Rachakonda through Praja Darbar stating that their father was kidnapped by their aunty Smt. Sumathi who is the sister of petitioner's father, hence they requested to take action against her.
The said complaint was received through proper channel, after receiving the same the respondent police called the petitioner for the purpose of preliminary enquiry as the petition was filed before the Prajadarbar. But without cooperating the police the petitioner filed the present writ petition by making false allegations against the respondent police.
The respondent police never scolded the petitioner by abusing filthy language, the respondent police never called the petitioners sister and her sons and they never asked them to sit in the police station in the name of counseling as alleged by them, hence the allegations against the police are false and baseless and denied. The respondent police shall abide the directions if any passed by this Hon'ble Court."

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and to dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 20.01.2018, submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Kothapeta, Hyderabad. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
