THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.29767 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr. P. Bhanu Prakash, for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the Complaint dt. 31.07.2017 in fact has been received and preliminary enquiry as laid down by Lalitha Kumari v Government of U.P and others1 was undertaken and the enquiry revealed that the grievance brought out is civil in nature. He further submits that respondent No.3 will inform the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed and the petitioner is given liberty to work out his remedies against such communication in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand disposed of.
