Since the relief claimed by the petitioners in all these three Writ Petitions is same, they are heard and being disposed of together with the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sudhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), appearing for the respondents. Perused the prayer in the Writ Petition, the supporting affidavit and the entire material available on record. The only grievance of the petitioners in all these three Writ Petitions is that the respondents have not been disposing of their respective applications for building permissions made on 30.12.2017.

Learned Standing Counsel for GHMC submitted that respondent No.2 will consider the petitioners' applications on their own merits, pass appropriate orders thereon within a reasonable time and communicate the decision to them. Having regard to the same, these three Writ Petitions are disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to consider the petitioners' respective applications, dated 30-12-2017, on their own merits, pass reasoned orders and communicate the

However, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the orders so passed, they are at liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law, if they so choose.
