Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that in view of the subsequent events, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
