This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A1, in Crime No.540 of 2017 on the file of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad District. The offences alleged are under Section 370 IPC and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of PIT Act.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he is procuring female sex workers.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the other accused were granted bail. But this petitioner is filed seeking for anticipatory bail.

The nature of the offence does not entitle the petitioner to an anticipatory bail.

With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering himself before the court below. The court below shall dispose of the bail application, if any filed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
