HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4067 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 05.07.2017 in E.P.No.67 of 2014 in M.V.O.P.No.755 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Khammam.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

This Court on 24.08.2017 granted interim stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.67 of 2014 and ordered notice to the respondents 1 and 2. Sri K.Shyam Sunder, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents had already withdrawn E.P.No.67 of 2014 in M.V.O.P.No.755 of 2011.

In view of the submission made by both the counsel, the orders dated 05.07.2017 in E.P.No.67 of 2014 in M.V.O.P.No.755 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Khammam, is hereby set aside.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 21st September 2017.
