THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7004 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.219 of 2012 of Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 506, 420 and 34 IPC and 3(1)(i), 3(1)(X) and 3(1)(XI) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the very purpose of filing the present criminal petition has become infructuous and no further orders need be passed.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
