When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners represented that the application filed by the petitioners for regularization of the properties is rejected by the respondents, and therefore, he seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order of rejection for regularization of the properties in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.166 dated 16.02.2008 with regard to entitlement of the petitioners for regularization of the lands.

2. Counter is filed.

3. Recording the above statement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
