THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO PIL No. 152 of 2013 PC: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) This PIL was filed in March, 2013. On 27.02.2015, this Court was informed that respondent No.5 has died during pendency of the petition. On 13.04.2015, the petition was once again adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Again, on 15.04.2015, it was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner as a last chance. No steps are taken till today for bringing legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.5 on record.
Today, none appears for the petitioner. It appears that with the passage of time, the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence, nobody is coming forward to work out this petition. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss this PIL for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. _____________________ DILIP B.BHOSALE,J ________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO,J
