HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.46017 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is that the appeal filed under the provisions of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act by the petitioners in File No.G/9129/2013, dated 04-01-2014 is pending before the 3rd respondent. Aggrieved by inaction of the 3rd respondent in not disposing the same, the present writ petition is filed. Though, learned counsel for the petitioners says that the appeal has been filed before the 3rd respondent on 20-09-2014, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue brought to my notice that it was only representation and no appeal is filed by the petitioners. In view of the same, no direction can be issued to dispose of the said representation.

In view of the same, I do not see any merit in the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioners to prefer the appeal in terms of rules. If any such appeal is filed, the same can be disposed of in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
