SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5263 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.294 of 2013 on the file of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A,497 and 506 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 to A3.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the second respondent filed a memo stating that the final report was filed on 06.07.2013 referring the case as 'lack of evidence' and therefore, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
