This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 03.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.1407 of 2014 in O.S.No.1988 of 2006 on the file of IX Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
