This appeal is filed by the appellant/respondent No.2 assailing the judgment and award, dated 19.04.2010 passed in M.O.P.No.1187 of 2007 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Visakhapatnam.

The learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
