ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of order dt.16.3.2016 in I.A. No.263 of 2016 in O.S. No.113 of 2011 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka.

At the hearing, Smt. N. Anula, learned counsel representing Mr. Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the issue raised in this civil revision petition is identical to the one raised in C.R.P. No.2389 of 2016, which was dismissed by this Court by order dt.03.06.2016. In the light of the said submission, for the same reasons as given in the order passed in the above mentioned civil revision petition, the present civil revision petition is also dismissed.
