HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 6906 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to absorb the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant relating to the category of SC-B.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that vide orders dated 14.05.2002 this Court directed the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization against one of the vacancies notified in the notification dated 28.03.2002. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
