This interlocutory application is filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 5,2.202O passed in criminal petition No.629 ot 2O2O i.e. 'the petitioner/accused No.1 shall appear before the Investigation Officer on 1"t and 3'd Satruday of the month between 1O am 2O p,m, till filing of charge sheet". Heard,

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the date of said order, the petitioner is abiding the said condition, which is not disputed by the Asst. Public Prosecutor. Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel on either side, and since two years elapsed, the condition imposed by this Court in order dated O5,O2.2020 passed in criminal petition No,629 of 2O2O is hereby relaxed, SD/.
