CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.30048 of 2013 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of certiorari and to quash Lok Adalat award, dated 01.05.2013, in P.L.C.No.92 of 2013, on the file of respondent No.1.

Much water has flown under the bridge after the filing of the present writ petition. The petitioners have filed a joint memorandum of compromise, dated 01.10.2013, entered into by them with the private respondents during the pendency of this writ petition, as additional material papers. 3.
Smt.A.Chayadevi, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that though the aforementioned joint memorandum of compromise has been acted upon by both the parties, with reference to some of the terms contained in certain paragraphs such as paragraphs 7 and 8 thereof, certain disputes arose, for which the petitioners have already availed the legal remedies. 4.
Inasmuch as the parties have entered into a fresh memorandum of compromise in respect of the subject matter, adjudication of this writ petition on merits is obviated. The petitioners are, however, left free to pursue the remedies already availed by them in respect of the disputes arising out of the aforementioned joint memorandum of compromise.

Subject to the above liberty given to the petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. 6.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.37312 and 37313 of 2013 stand disposed of as infructuous.
