THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18950 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents No.1 to 3 herein in taking action against the unofficial respondents No.4 to for making illegal and unauthorized constructions in Sy.No.351/P situated at Jeedimetla Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal District instead of in Sy.No.352/A situated at Jeedimetla Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal District by considering the representations dated 02.08.2016, 07.09.2016, 08.09.2016 and 23.03.2017 is as illegal, null and void and for a consequential order directing the official respondents No.1 to 3 to take action against the unofficial respondents No.

4 to 7 for making illegal and unauthorized constructions in Sy.No.351/P situated at Jeedimetla Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal District instead of in Sy.No.352/A situated at Jeedimetla Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal District by considering the representations dated 02.08.2016, 07.09.2016, 08.09.2016 and 23.03.2017 and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct the official respondents herein to consider the representation, dated 23.03.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the official respondents are hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 23.03.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
