THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.643 of 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.86 of 2019 on the file of Special Judicial First Class Magistrate (For Prohibition & Excise Offences), Nalgonda, registered for the offence under Section 494 read with Section 34 IPC, against her. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though the petitioner has raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the presence of A3 to A8 in the aforesaid case was dispensed with by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2020 in Crl.P.No.292 of 2020 and he requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of petitioner/A2 also in the aforesaid case before the trial Court.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the identity of petitioner is not in dispute, her presence in the above case may not be necessary on every date of adjournment. 5.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the appearance of the petitioner/A2 in C.C.No.86 of 2019 on the file of Special Judicial First Class Magistrate (For Prohibition & Excise Offences), Nalgonda, is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever her presence is

GSD, J Crl.P.No.643 of 2020 required by the trial Court and she shall be represented by her counsel.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 7.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
