SMT JUSTI CE T. RAJANI CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No.4 7 9 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A3, in Crime No.355 of 2017 on the file of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad District. The offences alleged are under Sections 420, 406, 468 and 471 IPC. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.

The allegations against this petitioner are that the petitioner has submitted fake bonafide certificates from II class to VIII Class in the selection of SCTPC.

4.

The nature of the offences does not entitle the petitioner to an anticipatory bail. Hence, this court opines that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

5.

With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering himself before the court below. The court below shall dispose of the bail application, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
