Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the fourth respondent temple. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly a Writ in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 3rd respondent, the Asst. Commissioner of Endowments, Ranga Reddy District non granting permission to the petitioner herein for construction of a house out side to the 4th respondent temple in an area of 400 Sq. yards in Sy.No.19 of Mogiligidda village of Ranga Reddy District, as bad, illegal, arbitrary, opposed to the Hindu custom and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the interest of justice."

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent is not granting permission for construction of a house out side the fourth respondent temple in an area of 400 square yards situated in Sy.No.19 of Mogiligidda Village, Ranga Reddy Districft.

Learned standing counsel appearing for the fourth respondent temple, on instructions, submits that the subject property is a temple land and the application of the petitioner will be considered. 5.

Therefore, taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned standing counsel, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation/petition dated 18.12.2017 submitted by the petitioner for construction of a house and pass

appropriate orders as per law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO Date:29.01.2020 PGS
