THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.33076 OF 2014 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not taking any action basing on the registration of F.I.R.No.684 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471, 506 and 509 IPC against the respondents 4 to 10, even though they have committed the offences of cognizable and non-bailable, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take necessary action against the respondents 4 to 10. Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the complaint lodged by the petitioners is registered being F.I.R.No.684 of 2014, the third respondent is not investigating into the case at the behest of the respondents 4 to 10. Hence, he prays this Court to direct the third respondent to complete investigation as early as possible. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report, if any, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand disposed of. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 02.01.2017 pln
