HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 2501 OF 2016 ORDER:
Heard the party appearing in person and learned Government Pleader. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the representations dated 01.05.2010, 16.07.2011, 19.11.2011 and 31.03.2012 made by the petitioner for grant of pattadar pass book, Adangal and ROR in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.29 guntas in Survey No.376/A of Panthini Village, Wardhannapet Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary.
Though various grounds are raised, the party appearing in person restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 31.03.2012 made to the MRO, Wardhannapet, at the earliest. Learned Government Pleader for revenue states that he has no objection for the same.
Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar - respondent No.4 to consider the representation dated 31.03.2012, made by the petitioner for grant of pattadar pass book, Adangal and ROR, in respect of
land admeasuring Ac.1.29 guntas in Survey No.376/A, Panthini Village, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _______________________________ JUSTICE C.
