Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner-Accused No.2 as well as the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State submitted that the revision petitioner-accused No.2 died on 19.01.2011.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having been abated. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
