HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.5355,5358 AND 5365 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Mr.Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that with the dismissal of I.A. No.433 of 2012, the prayers in these revisions do not survive.

I.A. No.433 of 2012 was dismissed by order dated 18.12.2015 by the trial Court. Against which, C.R.P. No.505 of 2016 was filed. This Court vide separate order dated 11.02.2016 has dismissed C.R.P. No.505 of 2016.

With the dismissal of I.A. No.433 of 2012 and C.R.P. No.505 of 2015, the contentions in these revisions filed against impugned orders in E.P. No.118 of 2010 and E.A.Nos.45 & 46 of 2011 do not subsist. By placing on record the submissions of learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the revisions are dismissed. No order as to costs.
