THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN W.P.No. 1785 of 2020 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners are claiming right over the land admeasuring Ac.06.15 guntas in Survey No.66/1 situated at Sangidi Village of Bela Mandal of Adilabad District. According to the petitioners, they have filed a revision under Section 9 of the ROR Act vide revision No.D1/41/2020 before the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have received a notice from the 2nd respondentJoint Collector and the date of hearing is fixed as 01.02.2020 In view of the above said submission, the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector is directed to dispose of the said revision and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also communicate the copy of the said order to the petitioners. Till the said revision is disposed of, the respondents are directed not to effect the change in the revenue entries with regard to the land in Survey No.66/1 admeasuring Ac.06.15 guntas situated at Sangidi Village of Bela Mandal, Adilabad District

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
