There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue Writ, or Direction especially one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS holding the action of the 1st respondent in not extending the parole granted to the petitioner Gouni Krishna, Convict No.4222, undergoing life imprisonment in Prisoner Agricultural Colony, Cherlapally, Ranga Reddy District, is illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the 1st respondent to extend the parole for a period of 2 months from 22.11.2014 to 22.01.2015 and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.
From a perusal of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, more particularly the relief sought in the writ petition, the prayer as sought for is worked out itself by efflux of time and no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 4.
