Ramachandra Rao) The counsel for petitioner states that his client intends to avail the 'Sabka Vishwas (Legal Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019', and so the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to revive this writ petition in the event there is no settlement reached in the said scheme.

Therefore, permission is granted to petitioner to withdraw the writ petition reserving the right to petitioner to revive the writ petition in the event there is no settlement under the said scheme. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
