HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11641 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the orders of Labour Court-III, Hyderabad dated 28.06.2001 in I.D.No.241 of 1998.

2. First respondent herein approached Labour Court-III, Hyderabad challenging his removal from service as conductor and the Labour Court after considering the contentions of both parties, allowed the application and directed the petitioner-Corporation to appoint 1st respondent herein as a Shramik or in any equivalent or lower post subject to the vacancy position and challenging the same, present writ petition is filed by the Corporation.

3. As seen from the record, the writ petition against first respondent herein, who filed I.D.No.241 of 1998 before the Labour Court-III, Hyderabad, was dismissed for non-compliance of Order dated 18.08.2004.

4. Since this writ petition is dismissed against beneficiary-first respondent, no cause survives and as such the writ petition is closed. No costs.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
