THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.501 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-sole accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.9 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chevella Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not filed any false certificate. All the allegations levelled in the F.I.R., dated 05.01.2018 are absolutely false and ultimately prayed to allow the petition. 4.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the criminal petition. 5.

There are specific allegations with regard to fabricating the false certificate and filing the same. However, since the learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the petition, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
