Smt.Devavarapu Atchiraju v. Akkireddy Varahalu
TH E H ON'BLE SRI J USTICE M.SEETH ARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.38 0 7 of 20 10 ORDER:
As there was no representation for the revision petitioners on 30.09.2016, the matter was directed to be posted on 14.10.2016 under the caption 'For Dismissal'.
On 14.10.2016, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the suit itself was dismissed for default long time back and therefore no cause survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed assailing an order passed in an interlocutory application. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought time to seek instructions from the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today.
When the revision is taken up for hearing today, Sri Lakshminarayana, learned counsel representing Sri Ch.Dhanamjaya, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that there are no instructions from the revision petitioners.
In that view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision petition shall also stand dismissed.
