This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A.3 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.347 of 2014 of SHO, Visakhapatnam IV Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, but subsequently, charge sheet was filed and numbered as C.C.No.1427 of 2014. 2.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
