Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri S.V.Muni Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 13. 2.
Petitioners' grievance is that they filed implead petition in R.P.No.32 of 2007 (B1) on the file of 2nd respondent and that 2nd respondent having heard the same on 28-08-2017 has not passed any orders in the said implead petition as well as in the Revision as on date.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that 2nd respondent will decide not only the implead petition filed by the petitioner but also the Revision within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the implead petition filed by the petitioner and also the Revision within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
