THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.1526 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.511 of 2017 of Shamshabad police station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Section 509 and 354D IPC and 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Heard both sides.

In the course of submissions, it has come to light that charge sheet has already been filed in the aforesaid crime. In view of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate with regard to filing of charge sheet before the appropriate forum.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
