This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.3 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.25 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Thottambedu Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 109 IPC and Section 21(1)(4) of Mines, Minerals(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
