ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents 2 and 7.

The present criminal revision case is filed challenging the order dated 23.10.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3133 of 2017 in C.C.No.178 of 2015 on the file of the IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada, East Godavari District, dismissing the petition filed for summoning the original sale agreement dated 18.01.2014 from the Court of III Additional District Court, Kakinada, in O.S.No.90 of 2014 enabling the petitioner to send it to the handwriting expert.

In the light of the orders passed in Crl.R.C.No.822 of 2018 today, no further orders are required in the present criminal revision case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
