THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case No.2033 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the Contempt Case, the respondents have complied with the order passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.18491 of 2017, dated 08.06.2017; and hence, the cause in the Contempt Case no longer survives for adjudication.

Mr. K. Siddharth Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, for respondent Nos.1 to 4, also submitted that they have complied with the above order passed by the learned Single Judge; and hence, the same may be closed.

In view of above submissions, this Court is of the considered view that the present Contempt Case can be closed since the cause in the Contempt Case no longer survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
