When the cases were listed on 13-07-2016 and 17-10-2016, none appeared for the petitioners. Hence, the matters were directed to be listed today. Even today also, when the cases are called, none appeared for the petitioners nor any representation is made on their behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has no option except to dismiss the Writ Petitions for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
