THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 1527 of 2018 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring Acs.112.07 guntas in Survey Nos.326, sub-division Nos.326/4 to 326/12 and 326/15 to 326/50 of Lingarajpet H/o.Mutrajupally Village, Gajwel Mandal, Siddipet District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Radhive Reddy, learned counsel, attached to the Office of the learned Advocate General, on instructions, submits that various objections raised by the petitioners in the writ petition in connection with the acquisition of the land would be considered and acquisition would be done duly following the prescribed procedure.

Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is closed. It is made clear that the respondents shall take action in accordance with law. If they interfere with the rights of the petitioners, it would amount to violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India.
