Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondent GHMC.

Though the grievance in the writ petition is inaction of the respondent TSSPDCL in releasing the power supply to the petitioner's house bearing No. 1-98/6A/14, Patrikanagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad in spite of completion of required formalities and insisting production of Occupancy Certificate from Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of this Court to submit appropriate application to GHMC to issue Occupancy Certificate. 3.
