THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.13640 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, preferably one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 6 in not allocating the requisite funds for the purpose of construction of Dhobi Ghat at Mani Konda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the land allotted for the said purpose by the 2nd respondent as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to law and consequently direct the 1st respondent to allot the requisite funds for the purpose of construction of said Dhobi Ghat forthwith."

The main grievance of the petitioner Sangham is that though respondent No.2 has allotted land to it for the purpose of construction of Dhobi Ghat at Mani Konda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, respondent Nos.1 and 6 are not allocating the requisite funds for construction of the Dhobi Ghat. 3.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

The writ petition pertains to the year 2009. After perusal of the records and taking into consideration the subsequent events after bifurcation of the State of Andhra Pradesh, this Court is of the view that the present writ petition can be disposed of with the following direction:

The petitioner herein is directed to file a representation to respondent Nos.1 and 6 placing reliance on all the documents

which enables it to seek the remedy and on such representation being filed, respondent Nos.1 and 6 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, more preferably, within a period of three (3) months from the date of filing of the representation.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
