Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to move an appropriate application by way of Public Interest Litigation and also to submit appropriate application before the authorities concerned to initiate action against respondents 1 and 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for by the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
