OFFICE NOTE 6.
16.11.2022 HCJ & CVBRJ I.A.No.1 of 2012 (W.A.M.P.No.2328 of 2012) and I.A.No.2 of 2012 (W.A.M.P (SR).No.138042 of 2012) Heard Mr. K.Rama Subba Rao, learned counsel Transferred to i/o folder, before corrections, if any.
for the review petitioner and Mr. Adi Narayana Rao, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondents No.1 to 7.
I.A.No.1 of 2012 has been filed seeking leave for filing review petition against judgment and order dated 20.04.1999 passed in W.A.No.474 of 1999.
We may mention that I.A.No.2 of 2012 has been filed for review of the aforesaid judgment and order dated 20.04.1999.
From the materials on record, we find that father of the review petitioner along with others had filed the related writ petition out of which W.A.No.474 of 1999 arose.
W.A.No.474 of 1999 came to be disposed of vide the judgment and order dated 20.04.1999 on
compromise arrived at between the parties.
Memorandum of compromise filed by the writ appellants and respondents No.3 and 4 in the writ appeal was made part of the judgment and order dated 20.04.1999. The leave application as well as the review application came to be filed thirteen years after disposal of the writ appeal on compromise.
Both the interlocutory applications have been filed by the daughter of one of the writ petitioners long after her father had expired.
We find no good ground at all to entertain such applications questioning a compromise having the imprimatur of the Court, that too on such belated applications filed after the death of one of the parties to the compromise by his daughter.
Consequently, both the interlocutory applications are dismissed.
