This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.44 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar District. Learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law including filing of discharge petition as well as dispensed with petition before the trial Court. Permission is accorded.
