HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14991 of 2017 ORDER:
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 18.04.2017, passed by this Court in WP.No.13626 of 2017, and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 18.04.2017 passed in WP.No.13626 of 2017, granting liberty to the petitioner to make an application to the 2nd respondent-District Collector by stating the facts along with all relevant documents in support of his claim. On such application, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, keeping in view the Full Bench Judgment reported in Vinjamuri Rajagopalachary and others v. Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad and others1, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Office is to append a copy of the order in WP.No.13626 of 2017, dated 18.04.2017.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
