ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the proceedings dated 26.05.2015 of the 3rd respondent in suspending the petitioner from duties as Field A s s is ta n t, Bommireddypalli Village & Gram Panchayat, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District, as arbitrary and illegal.

The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant, Bommireddypalli Village & Gram Panchayat, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District. While so, the suspension order was passed making certain allegations, for which, the petitioner submitted his explanation. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the 3rd respondent passed the impugned order placing the petitioner under suspension without considering the explanation submitted by him. He further submits that the allegations mentioned in the show cause notice do not specify the period during which the petitioner worked as Field Assistant in the particular place. In any event, since the suspension order was passed pending enquiry, this Court is not supposed to evaluate the evidence based on the explanation submitted by the petitioner. Therefore, the 3rd

respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks by taking into the consideration the contentions urged by the petitioner in the explanation submitted by him and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks, failing which, the suspension order shall stand revoked.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
