Heard both sides at length. As the learned Spl.Magistrate is a retired District Judge and experienced, the transfer petition can be disposed of, to impartially dispose of the case of the petitioner before him without any prejudice and uninfluenced of any averments made in the transfer petition.

Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
