Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not considering his representation dt.29.11.2017 requesting him to affect his promotion from 05.10.2016 instead of 14.11.2017 to the post of Panchayat Secretary Grade-III.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for 4th respondent states that 4th respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.29.11.2017 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
