RADHAKRISHNAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1926 of 2019 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan) The issues raised herein relate to bifurcation of villages and also constitution of villages for the purpose of Gram Panchayats.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.

The issues raised in the Writ Petition are matters which are to be considered appropriately by the competent authority. This is what has to be done in terms of the order of the Division Bench in W.P (PIL).No.171 of 2018, dated 17.07.2018.

Therefore, following the aforesaid order in W.P (PIL).No.171 of 2018, dated 17.07.2018, we direct that if the petitioners make an appropriate representation with relevant facts and materials, the competent authority will bestow due attention to the said representation and consider that in accordance with law. If the Government sees any ex facie injustice in the situation now obtained, that may be appropriately brought to the notice of the competent legislature.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, ordered.

The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
