Respondents The Court made the following:
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.32557 OF 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner alleges that land to an extent of Acs.4.99 cents in Survey No.304-2 of Thummagunta Village, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District, belongs to her as a successor to her husband in whose favour assignment was granted in the year 1971. She further alleges that her name was mutated in the revenue records, pattadar passbook and title deeds are issued in her favour and since then she is in continues possession of the said land. However, due to vested interests of the incumbent Mandal Revenue Inspector and unofficial respondents, the petitioner is sought to be dispossessed from the subject land. Aggrieved by such alleged illegal action, this Writ Petition is filed.

Admittedly, the record would disclose that the Tahsildar, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District, by way of an endorsement, dated 20.08.2017, informed the petitioner that name of her husband is not reflected in assignment register and earlier entry claimed by her was wrongly made. However, the said endorsement is not under challenge.
3.
In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to avail appropriate remedy as available to her in law, if so aggrieved by the endorsement, dated 20.08.2017, of the Tahsildar, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District.
4.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available to her in law. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
